Once upon a time, over 9 years ago, I was a baby business owner. Fast forward 3 years, and I was celebrating a six-figure year ($120K revenue!) but hustled too hard and hit burnout. I hired a life and business coach, started healing, worked through my perfectionism and control issues, and started learning astrology and human design. I was learning to trust myself.
I’ve been tapping into my intuition — that gut instinct and your unique way of making decisions — and strengthening my relationship with it for 6 years now. Motherhood gave me a boost, but mostly it was practice, research, and building that trust with my own heart and mind.
I went from surviving (even though I was crushing it financially) to thriving because I started putting myself first in my business. Reworking how I made decisions and rebuilding a business that reflected all of me is what helped to regulate my nervous system (combined with therapy of course!).
