I’ll be your Business Doula during your 🦋 Awakening. I’m here to guide you through your transformation, so let’s start with my own story.
Once upon a time, almost a decade ago, I was a baby business owner. Fast forward 3 years, and I was celebrating a six-figure year ($120K revenue!) but hustled too hard and hit burnout. I hired a life and business coach, started healing, worked through my perfectionism and control issues, and started learning astrology and human design. I was learning to trust myself.
I’ve been tapping into my intuition — that gut instinct and your unique way of making decisions — and strengthening my relationship with it for 6 years now. Motherhood gave me a boost but mostly it was practice, research, and building that trust with my own heart and mind.
I went from surviving (even though I was crushing it financially) to thriving because I started putting myself first in my business. Reworking how I made decisions and rebuilding a business that reflected all of me is what helped to regulate my nervous system (combined with therapy of course!) and bring in more aligned income so that I’m super fucking proud of my business now.
Running a business is being in relationship with the energy of your business.
In 🦋 Awakening, we’re redefining what that means and looks like on a practical level, and most importantly, on an intuitive level.

Do you relate to any of this?
I used to not trust myself in my business. That is a muscle that I’ve slowly had to work out over time. I frequently took on projects just for the money (even when I didn’t have to) and wouldn’t listen when I heard a very loud “no” in my head. You too?
Sometimes, that would bite me in the ass. Other times, it would work out financially but be brutal emotionally, mentally, and physically.
After studying astrology, starting to journal consistently and go to therapy, pulling oracle cards, doing energy healing, and the like … I’ve learned to listen to my intuitive nudges. And I love that, because it’s helped me build and grow a business that works with my energy, not against it.
It was a very dark-night-of-the-soul moment for me, and sometimes that’s necessary, but it doesn’t always have to be a burnt out and burn it down moment.

Everyone who joins will be a values-driven service-based entrepreneur. If you’re a designer, muralist, photographer, copywriter, mentor or coach, illustrator, energy healer, reiki master, wellness practitioner, etc., you’ll be a good fit with the rest of the group! Maxing the amount of people on this first round to 6 to keep it cozy.

Beyond the week by week curriculum outlined above, each weekly meeting we kick off with an accountability tracker and a higher self meditation. I’ll present the week’s topic over a presentation, answer questions, and then leave space for some coworking time.
As for other points of connection, we’ll be checking in frequently in the Slack community, which is another space to ask questions. You’ll book your two 1:1 Reflection calls with me when you join so they’re on your calendar well in advance!
