Meet Jess
Business Doula. Designer. Muralist. Multi-Passionate and Always-Evolving Human.
I’m Jess (she/her) — a coffee-with-cream-and-sugar kind of creative, a cloud-watcher, a color-loving witch, and mom of two littles (plus two rescue pups) who believes that your life and business should feel like you.
I empower values-driven, curious, and multi-passionate entrepreneurs to confidently show up, stand out, and get paid by being more in alignment with who they really are. I call this intuitive business strategy.
I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent millennial (an ADHD + Autism diagnosis came into focus after becoming a mom), and everything I offer is filtered through that lived experience — from flexible business strategies to energy-conscious support that honors your real life, not just your ambition.
My work blends 14+ years of branding, design, and strategy with astrology, spiritual tools, and deep intuition. I’ve been a designer, muralist, brand consultant, and pricing coach — but at the core, I’m a business doula. I’m here to help you rebirth your business into its next evolution and walk beside you during your epic transformation.
I’m also a 4/6 Splenic Projector, Capricorn Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Libra Rising — which means I’m wired to blend strategy + intuition, boldness + beauty, colorful truths + intuitive magic in everything I create.
When I’m not designing, coaching, or painting, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, reading romance fiction, or journaling ideas I may or may not act on (thanks, ADHD brain!).
I believe in many things. At the top of that list is that we’re always allowed to evolve — I’m here to help you do that.

My Values
If we work together, my hope is that we’re mostly — or fully — aligned with the values below:
We are always evolving, imperfectly.
Growth doesn’t require perfection. We honor cycles, seasons, and becoming. We believe changing our inner world is how we create meaningful change in the outer one. We lead with curiosity, not judgement.
We value freedom — of our time, our money, and our creativity.
Sustainability, choice, and living a fulfilling life matters more than hustle or burnout.
We stand up for human rights and actively challenge systems of oppression.
Our work supports a more just, compassionate, and matriarchal world. We actively seek out new knowledge and unlearn biases. We give back in ways we can.
We believe self-awareness is how we become our own best advocates.
Trusting our intuition is an essential act of self-trust and self-advocacy. With it, we build a better business world for ourselves and others.
We value transparency in pricing, process, and values.
Clarity builds trust. There’s no hidden agenda here. Honesty and integrity matter more than anything.
We root into community.
When we support one another, our impact ripples outward — strengthening not just our work, but the world around us.
My Philosophies
Everything I do and offer comes back to these 3 expressions.
-
I strongly believe that we all deserve to get paid (well) as entrepreneurs and value ourselves and what we do. That we get to say “fuck yes! I get to charge this much!"
Value pricing is the name of the game. This looks like charging for our energy + expertise + expenses, plus the ROI for the client.
As entrepreneurs, we also have bills, expenses, and costs just as any other business. And that business gets to pay for your life and lifestyle.
Just because you work for yourself doesn’t mean you have to charge less OR that your work is less valuable.
This is my reminder to you!
-
These are the fundamentals of any entrepreneur’s business: your purpose, personality, people, process, pricing, and promotion. This is the core information you need to know to run a profitable, sustainable business.
-
This is my signature process for all my offers.
We’re examining what’s going on, explore what’s possible, and evolve into who you can be. All through a matriarchal lens — that is, leading with empathy (for yourself and others), focusing on collective care, fighting those systems of oppression, and giving back to the community.
First, we start by understanding yourself. Get curious. Recognize what is and is not working. Reflect on what you want and where you want to be.
Then, we get nitty gritty. Adjust your thinking and your business with who you are. This is where we look at your numbers and start to understand them!
Finally, you claim it. Grow into your next chapter. Implement and integrate. Express yourself in full color.
The Fun Questions
-
As a color lover, this is always a difficult question and one I answer with nuance. For my home, I always go for a golden amber. For my outfits, I love ice blues. In general, I’ve always been drawn to lime green! As a kid, I used to say I wanted a lime green wedding dress and house (lol).

I’m a Marylander at heart but currently located in Tampa, FL as of March 2025 — and I want to honor and acknowledge that I am on the traditional territories of Mascogo, Seminole, Tocobaga, and Miccosukee. I lived in Baltimore City for over a decade and miss it dearly. We’re planning to move back to Maryland in 2027 sometime.
-
I’ve been in business since June 2017. My biggest most repeatable lesson is that mistakes are just learning lessons in disguise. I value reflecting often to see what I need to do differently.
-
I’m going to be so basic and tell you it’s a dolphin. But after realizing how important (and frequent) animal messages were in my life, I’ve come to realize the dolphin represents all my playfulness, intellect, and desire for a strong community!

Bread. Give me all the bread. My partner teases me because I judge restaurants based on their free bread. But how can you not?! I’m currently noming away on lots of Naan with a pesto olive oil dip. Yum.

I love New Girl (Nick is hilarious), Ted Lasso, The Summer I Turned Pretty, and Shrinking. Do we vibe?
