Design Contract

$22.00

NOTE: This is for the design contract only. If you’re looking for the bundle (and want to save $11 on all 3), go here.

One of the biggest ways to advocate for yourself? Get a signed contract for EVERY project. A contract is just an agreement between you and the client to make sure everyone is on the same page. That’s it, but it’s important and will protect you both!

If you’re a designer and need a legit contract, this is for you. Here’s what’s included:

1 design project contract

This contract is a google doc template with fill-in-the-blanks highlighted so that you can customize it with your business and the project information.

A breakdown of what each part of the contract means is included at the end of each contract template so you know what you’re sending.

For years, I used contracts that I was frequently editing, adding to, and grabbing pieces from ones I found online. After a really lucrative year, I realized I needed to get legit. So, I hired a lawyer to draft all of my contracts. My goal is to empower artists to raise the industry standards — and one of those ways is to start with a contract!

If you ever have questions, feel free to email me at jess @ whitecoffeecreative.com or send me a DM on Instagram @thecolorfuljess.

This contract was written for United States based businesses only. Please consult any specific state guidelines that should be added, if any.
